Virtual Commissioning
In 2018 the company invested Winmod Software, this system allows the company to robustly test and pre-commission PLC programs and HMI’s etc. In essence all the mechanical equipment can be simulated and proven before any on site activity has taken place. This will greatly reduce commissioning time and also verify the design at the programming stage.

Manufacture
DACS specialises in the manufacture of a wide range of control panels. Both for in-house projects and external clients’ bespoke requirements. These are fully certified and come with a set of ‘as built’ drawings. Our manufacturing facility utilises the best of modern technology when manufacturing control panels, including electronic labelling systems for both cables, terminals and equipment.
