Onsite Standby teams are available to provide immediate expert assistance to overcome any initial teething problems. Our standby teams have access to all our extensive resources should they be required. Our engineering and manufacturing divisions can produce any required technical literature and associated documentation in a format specified by our clients. After sales support is provided by the project leader, as your first point of contract.
We understand that some clients want to take full ownership of a system and, in order to achieve this, we offer a range of training courses for key personnel. On-the-job training can be provided on the job, as well as via seminars and workshops.
